IAM CARES CLOSURE
It is with sincere regret that we inform members of our community, (this includes clients, staff and community supporters) that IAM Cares Society will cease providing employment services on March 31, 2012 and will close its offices at the North Vancouver, Coquitlam and Surrey locations on this date.
Staff at these locations will be available to answer questions or provide alternate options for service until MARCH 31, 2012.
It has been out pleasure to provide employment services for persons with disabilities in the Vancouver office since January 1989. Over the years we have had much success and met many wonderful people along the way. We wish our clients and colleagues every success in the future.
IAM CARES – NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jennifer Lee has been the Executive Director of IAM Cares Society for 11 years but recently obtained a position in the vocational field that requires her to start immediately. Therefore, IAM Cares has appointed Diana Keith as the new Executive Director. Diana is a former IAM Cares Executive Director who has come out of retirement to take this position. Our thanks to both Jennifer and Diana for their dedication and expertise in guiding IAM Cares through this difficult closure.
